Frank Thomas wants to put a big hurting on Reebok's wallet. According to TMZ, the retired pro baseball player is suing the sneaker brand for the re-release of Thomas' signature sneaker, The Big Hurt. Thomas' lawsuit, which was filed in Illinois, claims that Reebok is using the "Big Hurt" trademark without the former player's consent. The sneakers are scheduled to drop some time this May, but Thomas is trying to get a judge to stop halt Reebok's plans. Well, unless he gets a cut of the profits and/or gets paid damages.
