Only two pairs of Nike Air Yeezy IIs were ever released to the public. Everyone is still waiting on the Red Octobers to drop, and there was a "Cheetah" pair created for Kobe Bryant - Kanye West even had a pair made for his album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Besides those five sneakers, there was another Yeezy II lurking in the unknown - a 1-of-1 pair designed for Kanye, which, until now, has been seen by very few people.

In the latest installment of its "Select" series, Sneaker News got its hands on an unreleased sample of the Yeezy IIs, which look like a cross between the Pure Platinums and Solar Reds.

According to Sneaker News:

None

But S. Sami was able to unearth these sneakers through working at Ralph Lauren. The pair is a size 12, but according to Sneaker News, "Word is that Kanye really liked the look, but Nike felt it was too similar to the others to make the desired impact and chose to eventually go another route."

For now, all we can do is drool.
