Heapsylon, the creator of the Sensoria Fitness bio-tracking line of smart clothing, has announced a non-exclusive distribution agreement with running specialty footwear brand Vivobarefoot to sell its line of wearable technology socks alongside Vivo-branded sneakers.

“This agreement enables VIVOBAREFOOT to become the first distributor of the Sensoria Fitness bio-tracking socks. We will be selling them worldwide alongside VIVOBAREFOOT shoes,” said VIVOBAREFOOT’s Managing Director Galahad Clark. “Partnering with Heapsylon will enable us to bring this new exciting technology to market and help progress natural healthy movement around the world.”

For those of you unfamiliar with Sensoria Fitness—the high-tech apparel line includes products like bio-tracking sports bras, t-shirts and socks that allow athletes to track things like heart rate, biometric data and distance covered. All of the data that is collected gets sent wirelessly to an accompanying smartphone app for real-time results. Think of it like a performance tracking device integrated directly into apparel.
