Upon being re-branded as the Crazy 97, Kobe rocked this model when he won the 1997 Slam Dunk contest. Sporting the all too familiar purple leather upper with Microlite stripes, these joints also sport the infamous holographic number 8 about both the tongue tabs and lateral ankle sections.
