We’ve already discussed what this year’s top high school football players will wear on their feet for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. Now it’s time to turn our attention to the uniform dept.
As official outfitter for the game, adidas has hooked both the East and West squads up with state-of-the-art Techfit uniforms that are designed to perform as well as they look. The kits are thirty percent lighter than traditional uniforms and feature adidas proprietary ShockWeb technology, which maximizes compression zones across the chest and sides in a lightweight knit structure that provides a close-to-the-body fit with restricting range of motion.
The East will suit up in a predominantly black-out with subtle yellow detailing, while the West will go with vivid yellow tops with silver metallic graphics, paired with a yellow lid and black pants.
The U.S. Army All-American Bowl kicks off at 1pm ET on January 4, 2014. Tune in to see the adidas Techfit uniforms in action.
