On Thursday, December 12, Bobbito Garcia will be celebrating the launch of his new book, Where'd You Get Those?.
The event will be taking place from 8 PM until midnight at LIT Lounge, instead of the originally-scheduled book signing that was to be held at Reed Space. At the gathering you will be able to purchase a copy of the new sneaker-centric work and then have it signed by the OG sneakerhead himself. Not only that, but Bobbito will also be spinning some tunes for all attendees to enjoy, awarding some shine to his Kool Bob Love moniker.
The book itself finds the esteemed DJ, ball player and filmmaker taking an in-depth look at New York city sneaker culture from 1960-1987. Whether you can make it out to the event or not, we suggest picking up a copy.
