The Phantom Fuse 3 board shorts are the epitome of performance surf apparel taken to new heights. The shorts incorporate a minimalist design constructed from lightweight fabric to allow surfers to do their thing without any limitations. They feature a perforated neoprene waistband that is designed to stretch and move ergonomically with the body, along with Fuse net technology for comfort and support. Just like the rest of Hurley boardshorts, the Phantom Fuse 3 is made from recycled water bottles.
