If you’ve been following this year “Doernbecher” collection, then you know that there are some bonafide gems set to release on November 23rd.  One gem in particular is the “Doernbecher” Nike Foamposite One designed by Elijah Diggins. While we have no word on why the release date has been changed, we seriously doubt that it will dampen the popularity of this upcoming release.

Decked out in a vibrant Miami Heat-inspired upper, Elijah pulled out all of the stops when he put his design chops on full display. While the graphic Foamposite wave is moving at full force, these definitely fit right into the fold. Aside from holding us visually hostage, these kicks tell Elijahs heartfelt story of strength and perseverance as he battled with Burkitt’s Leukemia.

In shifting the focus back to the entire collection for a second, Nike has indeed put together another dope grouping of kicks that not only ups the design ante but supports a great and profound cause as well. Having enlisted the services of some rather special individuals, the sneaker community is in for a huge treat on the 23rd. Now that you know when you can expect to see these kicks drop, which pair are you most looking forward to copping?
