Whether you like it or not, the fact of the matter is that the game of football is changing. Not necessarily for the better or worse, but changing in a way that there’s more attention being put on player safety and injuries caused by the game, particularly injuries caused by head impact.
Riddell, one of the top football helmet makers is on board with the growing awareness of player protection, and even though the brand will no longer be the official sponsor of the NFL after the 2013/14 season, it has showed a continued effort to innovate in a way that makes the game better and safer.
