With last weekends return of Gary Payton’s classic Nike Zoom Flight “The Glove”, it appears that the flood gates have officially been opened. While there are still several other OG colorways set to be re-released as well, sneakerheads will also see quite a few new color schemes grace the iconic basketball silhouette. Don’t believe us, than you might want to take a look at this “Green Abyss” colorway.  Equipped with a green abyss tone about the upper’s shroud, all of you sneakerheads will undoubtedly notice the variety of abstract lines of color that lay claim to the infamous upper. Borrowed from Andre Agassi’s Nike Air Tech Challenge IV model, the lines of color provide Payton’s shoe with just as much character as the man himself. No word has been given on when we can expect to see these make their way to retail just yet, but we think it’s safe to say that these will definitely be another retail win for the folks over at Nike. Seeing non-OG colorways pop up on classic builds shouldn’t come as a surprise to any of you sneakerheads out there, especially not with the current state of the sneaker game. But when you combine two legends like Payton and Agassi to create a product, their HOF careers are more than enough to put any young buck in its place.
