When I said I was hoping for some sort of “Big Bang”-inspired colorway for the Nike LeBron XI, I definitely wasn’t expecting to see this “Forged Iron” color scheme pop up on the scene. Even though the soles don’t glow in the dark, this colorway bares an undeniable resemblance to the previously mentioned release from 2012. Fully equipped with a potent orange upper, the streaks of silver sprinkled throughout add a nice aesthetic touch. Now that you have formally acquainted yourself with this November release, we would also like to share a detailed look at the masterfully created box to which these kicks will be housed in. As all of you sneakerheads will be able to see, this isn’t your ordinary everyday sneaker box. While Jordan Brand may have had a stretch of elaborate boxes that accompanied previous releases, we think that this one may just take the cake. With the impressive color scheme being paired with an equally impressive box, Nike is clearly pulling out all the stops when it comes to the Nike LeBron XI silhouette. Seeing as how the presentation is just as smooth as the product, is this enough to make you want to go cop? Or is this just a flamboyant flash in the pan? Either way it goes, the creative effort can’t and damn sure won’t be denied come next month.
