Ideally, getting your sneakers wet isn’t exactly a favorable situation. But for the sake of Nike SB’s “Black Rain” Dunk Low, this may just be the only exception. To clear things up, the sneakers are not really wet. They come fully equipped with simulated water droplets spread about the shoes side panel which provides these kicks with a tasteful visual boost. Further enhancing this upcoming releases appearance, is the inclusion of a slick black leather base that sits atop a crisp white midsole. With exclusive Nike SB retailers overseas getting their stock in now, we can only assume that this colorway will be releasing here in the states fairly soon. When the Nike SB Dunk isn’t being used as the centerpiece for dope collaborations, it is apparently adding to its rather extensive catalog of highly popular releases that continue to cement the lines legacy. No matter what the weather is outside, you’ll be able to make it rain with each an every step you take once these joints touch down stateside. Will these kicks be an instant cop for you when they do indeed release? Or will you break out your umbrellas and weather the retail storm?
