For Texas Tech's Nov. 9 home game against Kansas State, Under Armour has rolled out custom "Lone Survivor" uniforms to be worn by the No. 15 ranked football team in the nation.

The UA Lone Survivor uniforms are inspired by the Lone Survivor Foundation, which is a non-profit that provides support and services to wounded veterans. The custom uniforms feature a winged design on the helmet and shoulders of the jersey, which is a play on the LSF logo. On the back, the phrase "Never Quit" is printed in place of player names, and the both the helmet and jersey are clad with a prominent number 19 display honoring the 19 soldiers who lost their lives during Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan.
