Puma is keeping the World's Fastest Man on its roster, extending Usain Bolt's contract through the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.

Having worn Puma since 2003 when Bolt was just 16, it comes as no surprise that Puma is keeping their most famous signature athlete onboard. After taking a total of six gold medals at the 2012 Olympic Games in London and the 2013 IAAF World Championships at Moscow in the evoSPEED performance spike, the relationship seems to be equalling success for both athlete and brand.

Bolt commented on his relationship with the German brand, "Puma has been with me since the very beginning. They recognized my talent at an early age and have supported me throughout, especially in the early years when I had some difficult times due to injuries. Their work and commitment to Jamaica is also very important to me. I have always been very happy to be a part of the Puma family, I am proud to represent them and delighted to continue with them for the years ahead."
