Nike Lunar LDV

Originally introduced in 1978, it would be an understatement to call the Nike LDV model dated. However, the classic silhouette was recently re-imagined in the form of the Nike Lunar LDV Trail Low, and now it takes its trail-running inspiration to new heights with the mid-cut Nike Lunar LDV. Based on the traditional styling of the original LDV runner, the LDV Trail has been tweaked with performance technology to make for a capable trail shoe this fall.

The Lunar LDV is constructed with a cutout leather upper which is loaded with perforations for maximum breathability. Minimal suede overlays are utilized to minimize bulkiness, while the ankle collar utilizes a padded premium leather. Of course, the real star feature of the Lunar LDV is its soft Lunarlon cushioning, keeping runners protected and comfortable on the rockiest of trail surfaces. Meanwhile, the Lunar LDV's outsole features a rugged traction pattern for grip and durability. With its clean design and color blocking, the Lunar LDV will also work well as a street running sneaker or even just as a casual everyday choice.
