Ahead of the official LeBron 11 release, Nike has rolled out a special edition colorway of LeBron James’ signature for young athletes. Best of all, the exclusive colorway is inspired by a prehistoric animal that virtually all kids are familiar with and have come to either admire or fear, the Tyrannosaurus Rex.
The collection, which is available in four different sizes (Crib Booty, Toddler, Pre School, and Grade School), features various shades of green to represent T-Rex’s skin, and is highlighted with Nike’s volt color to mimic T-Rex’s glowing eyes.
While the kids versions of the LeBron 11 aren’t necessarily designed to tear up the basketball court, each is designed to help enhance the development of movement during each particular stage. Besides, with Halloween approaching, you would think that the LeBron 11 T-Rex is a perfect way to compliment any T-Rex costume. Unfortunately, however, the exclusive colorway won't be available until November 29, 2013.
