As the official sponsor of the Board of Control for Cricket in India, Nike has released the new limited-overs (one day cricket) Team India will wear in their much anticipated match against Australia in October.

The new kit draws inspiration from the support and passion the fans have for their world champion national team and cricket. The uniform is a striking contemporary blue, with a textured, premium finish and was designed to enhance the modern requirements of the game and its players. The jersey has a dynamic fit tailored to the player’s body. The Indian Cricket team expressed the desire for a jersey that moves with them and is comfortable; keeping their focus on the game. The kit also is equipped with a, first-ever, four way stretch pants for Team India. The pants feature more of a streamlined, shrink-wrap fit for better movement on the field.

The entire kit is constructed with 100% recycled polyester fabric that is lightweight, reinforced and enhanced ability to draw sweat off the body. Improved ventilation zones makes for additional comfort and cooling. The Team India kit and off pitch collection will be available starting September 20th in Nike stores and online.
