Manchester City Soccer Club will play in a new kit from Nike in their away cup matches. This kit is inspired by the clubs rich heritage and features a clean, modern look.

The away cup jersey is dressed in all white and features a temporary take on the sash design. The sash has a dark and sky blue stripe that runs vertically along the left hand side of the shirt. The shorts are dark blue with a thin sky blue stripe on each side. The new shoes are dark blue with a sky blue band at the top and a block, the same color, on the back. The kit showcases key technologies and design aspects that aids in the players performance.

The entire Manchester City is made from recycled polyester. It is a part of Nike’s commitment to create apparel that reduces environmental impact. The fabric on the kit uses Nike Dri-FIT technology to draw sweat off the body through the fabric that keeps the body cool and dry. There are also laser cut wholes underneath the arms. These ventilation zones add additional comfort and cooling to the jersey. Nike Pro Combat is also added to the fabrics with a range of long-sleeve and short-sleeve tops made of sweat dispersing fabric that allows you to keep cool when it’s hot and warm and dry when it’s cool.
