As week three of the NFL preseason rolls on, the countdown to the September 5th regular season kick off has officially begun. Last night, twenty teams were in action, including a grueling overtime battle between the intracity rival New York Giants and New York Jets.

In the aforementioned Giants-Jets battle, the Jets were able to power through in overtime with a 24-21 win. Unfortunately for the Jets, QB Mark Sanchez left the game with a shoulder injury. Geno Smith picked up the slack in Sanchez' absence, throwing for 199 yards and a touchdown on 16-30 passing, which also came with three interceptions. For the preseason rivalry game, Smith wore a pair of Nike cleats that has since been discontinued.

The Philadelphia Eagles were able to drop the Jacksonville Jaguars 31-24, but not before Jacksonville RB Jordan Todman left his mark. The third-year running back put up 105 yards and a TD on 8 carries, without a doubt earning consideration for Jacksonville's regular season lineup. Todman wore a heavily taped Nike Vapor Talon Elite Low, which can be customized on Nike iD for $180.

As the Broncos squeaked away with a 27-26 win over St. Louis, Peyton Manning led the way with 25-34 passing for 234 yards. The veteran QB opted for a pair of Reebok cleats. Unfortunately, this player exclusive model is not available to the public.

The night's top performer was arguably Dallas QB Tony Romo, who threw for 137 yards and two touchdowns on 13-18 passing. The Cowboys picked up their second win of the preseason with a 24-18 win over Cincinnati as Romo wore the Nike Air Zoom Super Bad 3.
