Foot Locker does it again with a new commercial featuring Nike and Kevin Durant to support the launch of a new colorway of the KD VI set to release this weekend. The Nike KD VI is the new signature shoe for this baller. The KD VI gets a huge redesign from the previous model, attempting to intertwine style and performance. The sneaker gets its low sleek design to mimic the look of soccer shoes. At first, from a low design perspective, It may not appeal to many basketball players due in part to its low cut feature. However, the sneaker has grown to be a quality sneaker over-time and it will be great to see what milestones that KD will accomplish with his new sneaker.
The KD VI “NYC 66” colorway will be releasing at Nike retailers for the price off $130 on August 17th. Best of luck on grabbing this shoe because it will be sure to go fast.
