Year on end, we find ourselves eagerly waiting to catch a glimpse of the next version of the Adrenaline GTS stability running shoe that has single-handedly carried the torch for Brooks Running. This time around, you might imagine, is no different.

Given the unparalleled success of the shoe, the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 14 didn’t require a whole lot of tweaking. Though, you will notice some subtle changes to improve the its performance even more (apparently that was possible).

By adding foam in place of the midfoot shank, the shoe allows for more ground contact, which in turn translates into a smoother transition from heel-to-toe. It’s a change you should notice almost immediately. The upper on the 14 has also been upgraded by way of a more porous mesh for improved breathability, as well as reconfigured overlays for enhanced midfoot support.

The Adrenaline GTS 14 will hit retail shelves later this year in December—just in time for some holiday running. The price is listed at $120.
