What a game in St Louis last night! The St Louis Cardinals took on the Cincinnati Reds, and The Reds were up early and controlling the game. In the bottom of the 3rd inning Matt Holiday cracks a three-run homer, bringing the Cardinals within one. This was Holiday’s 18th homer of the season and was the longest shot by a St. Louis player at Busch Stadium this season clocking out around 443 feet.

Down two in the 7th inning, the Cardinals received a boost from Allan Craig when he hit his first career Grand Slam to push St. Louis over the Cincinnati Reds, 8-6. The crowd roared as Craig rounded. It was his 13th homer of the season. The Cardinals are now 9-3 since August 15th.

"I wasn't thinking about hitting a home run, I just wanted to hit it hard and in play," Craig said. "When guys are on, I just try and hit it hard somewhere and it usually works out."

Allan Craig wore the Nike Air MVP Pro Metal as he added a Grand Slam to his resume. The MVP Pro Metal is a quality cleat that has Air cushioning in the heel. The dynamic fit sleeve gives the player great lockdown as they take it to the field.
