The Nike Kukini was really ahead of its time as a running sneaker. The sock-like upper and caged design won as many fans as it detracted. We're not expecting a Kukini retro in the near future, so if you were a fan of the early 2000s sneaker, the Nike Free Alt Closure Run is your best bet for now.
Releasing in a grey/pink colorway, the sneaker features a Free 4.0 that sits beneath an upper that, while bright, has the right amount of pop; making this a statement pair of sneakers you can wear on a regular basis. As for now, there is no release information, but stay tuned when these are ready to hit the shelves.
