Following the success of the Wave Inspire 9, Mizuno is getting set to roll out an even better version of its most popular support running shoe, the Wave Inspire 10.

Now, if you’ve had the liberty of running in the Inspire 9, then you know just how close-to-perfect the shoe is. It features Wave technology for lightweight support, as well as SR Touch technology in the heel for forward propulsion. The shoe has an extremely flexible outsole that can take on a variety of terrain, and well, to be blunt, it just feels flat out great on the feet.

So where is there room for improvement? For starters, the Inspire 10 features a new U4iC (pronounced “euphoric”) midsole that is 30 percent lighter that traditional phone, yet offers the same support and cushioning. The latest version of the Inspire will also weighs in at an ounce lighter than its predecessor thanks to the use of blown rubber on the outsole instead of the traditional heavier rubber normally seen on Mizuno running shoes. The shoe’s upper has also been upgraded to fit more comfortable.

The Mizuno Wave Inspire 10 will be available in November 2013. The shoe's price is listed at $115.
