The latest signature skateboarding model has arrived in the form of the Converse KA-II. Built for Converse Skateboarding Ambassador Kenny Anderson, this model is equipped with tech to make rides smoother and provide plenty of board grip.

The Converse KA-II is equipped with a Nike Lunarlon sockliner and memory foam for a custom, comfortable fit, while a gusseted tongue helps to keep debris out. The KA-II's outsole blends Converse All Star Traction Rubber with a Flex Rubber Cup Sole for plenty of griptape traction.

Here's what Anderson himself had to say about the tech used in his new model: "It is exactly what I want. It's kind of like the KA-I, but we started using Lunarlon. The Lunarlon insole is great for board feel. It's an improvement on the first, making it stronger and more versatile. We have a super grippy sole. It's a seamless upper, which lasts longer."

Accompanying the release of Anderson's newest signature model is a short film titled "The Joy Ride", which puts an emphasis on the impact of social energy. Check out the clip below and pick up the Converse KA-II today for $75.
