A while back we introduced you to Hybrid of KLR Whales as he introduced us to a very dope (and Jeff Staple approved) custom: Nike Air Force III PRM "Safari Pigeon". Now, he's back with a new creation. Amply named the "Michael Angelo", Hybrid takes the Gel Lyte III and gives it a very Safari x Ninja Turtle look. Inspired by the split tongue and the orange accents, this sneaker is transformed. Turtle green is wrapped around the a midsole of this sneaker and accented by orange on the heel cap, the laces by the toe and in the mesh in the back of the ankle. Black helps this turtle stand out as it sits on the upper and can be found on the outsole and Safari print brings this concept all together. Take The detailed look of the Asics Gel Lyte III "Michael Angelo" and tell us what you think of this masterpiece. What can Hybrid come up eith next you ask? Stay tuned to Complex Sneakers to see what he brings us next.
