If you thought the only way to get ripped this summer is to spend countless hours in the gym, well, actually that'll probabaly get you the best results. However, not everyone has the time (or even the desire) to pump iron all day. Instead, there's a smarter, and less time consuming alternative to whipping that body into shape: the scientific 7-minute workout.

Featured in a recent article in the American College of Sports Medicine’s Health & Fitness Journal, athletes can get a solid workout in just by spending seven minutes a day, and using nothing more than body weight, a chair, and a wall. The high-intensity workout is designed (and proven by science) to provide similar results comparable to longer excersices like running or cycling, yet in a fraction of the time.
