Golf season is in full swing, and to give its Tour athletes a competitive edge on the golf course, Nike Golf has rolled out its latest carbon steel wedge as part of the VR Forged family.
Featured in a glossy chrome finish, the VR Forged wedge is available in three different sole grinds: Standard, Dual Narrow, and Dual Wide. Inspired by Tiger Woods, the Standard Grind is for players who are primarily looking for loft, while the other two are designed for a wider sole and low bounce. The wedge features high-frequency X3X grooves laid out in a laser-etched crosshatch pattern, which adds three times the surface texture compared to traditional finished faces. The result is increased spin regardless of conditions.
