Converse has tapped designer Nigel Cabourn and his familiar usage of military-inspired garb for this new footwear collection, comprised of the brand's Chuck Taylor All Star Bosey and Chuck Taylor AllStar Specialty Plimsole models. Ventile fabric, which was first introduced during World War II for use as flight suit material, has here been utilized on each silhouette, as we note the Bosey offered up in Navy and Olive colorways. The new Specialty Chucks then come optioned in grey, brown and white, each being equipped with coinciding laces to match the midsole and toe bumpers. The rugged selection will see releases on two differing dates, as the Boseys ($150) are to hit on April 12 and the Specialty Primsoles ($100) will land on June 14.
