Along with the Spine, the Charge RC is Under Armour’s most popular running sneaker. Now in its second installment, the UA Charge RC 2 is better than ever in nearly every category, including both aesthetics and performance.

Besides the name of the shoe, UA has pretty much changed everything on this shoe for the better. The RC 2’s articulated upper has been revamped for better foot movement, resulting in a more natural ride overall. The upper is embedded with Stretch HeatGear fabric, which provides sweat-wicking properties and keeps your feet nice and dry. The low-profile sneaker comes with a full-length Micro G midsole that provides comfort and support during landings and takeoffs. The midsole has a built-in TPU spring plate designed to propel runners forward. Dubbed as “most technical running shoe” the Charge RC 2 has UA Light Speed Grip on the outsole for secure footing and traction on uneven surfaces. Even with all this performance technology, the shoe manages to weigh in at a lightweight 8 ounces.
