The NBA All-Star Game festivities kick off this weekend. Sneaker reps, bloggers, party goers and tons of girls trying to get chose are headed to Houston to be around all the excitement the Lone Star State has to offer. Steph Curry will be there too, to participate in the 3-Point contest, but he's so much more than a one dimensional shooter now. Last night against the Rockets, he recorded over 20 points and six assists for the 23rd time this season. He has 32 games of 20 points or better and and 37 games of at least five assists. Yet he's somehow not an all-star.

I guess Steph can look on the bright side. At least his ankle issues seem to be over and he's found the right shoe. The Nike Hyperfuse 2012's main points are stability and cushioning, and anyone who follows Curry knows those are the two most important things he needs in a shoe. The high rubber sidewalls of the Hyperfuse 2012 keep his foot from fully flexing, which for Curry is better than anything.

Perhaps even an all-star selection.
