Vans has wrapped its fourth year of the annual Custom Culture design contest and now presents the winners from the 2012 competition. New Mexico's Rio Rancho High School has taken home the coveted prize, as we have above showcased the students winning work. The special edition kicks are to become available on March 1 through select Vans outlets as well as on Vans.com. Congratulations to the kids of Rio Rancho.
