Lionel Messi was hoping to have a solid debut for his latest signature soccer cleats from adidas, the adiZero F50s. But things didn't quite go as planned for Leo and FC Barcelona, as they were upset by Celtic, 2-1. Had they won, Barca would have qualified as group winners in the Champions League.

Things weren't all bad for Messi though. After being kept in check for nearly the entire game, the three-time FIFA Player of the Year picked up an opportunistic goal in stoppage time to avoid the goose egg. It wasn't enough at the end, but Messi did get to play with a dope pair of cleats.
