Where: New York City

Without "My adidas," there is no "Reebok Back" — or any other hip-hop sneaker tie-in, for that matter. The paean to the sneaker was one thing, making the relationship official was quite another. Run-DMC were pioneers in more ways than one. Still not sure how their shoes didn't fall off all the time, though.
