eBay Sneaker Auction of the Day: Nike Zoom LeBron II Sample

No box.

None

Back in the day (say, like, 2001), there was something magical about getting a pair of Nike samples. They came in ziplock bags, not a box, and often had cryptic hangtags that included factory names, notations on what line they were intended for, and the name of whomever it was at Nike who was responsible for them. There were also stickers on the insole with much of the same information. Some were identical to the release versions, others had small differences that would only be noticed by the most dedicated observer. And you could get any size you wanted as long as it was 9 or 13. Long story short, these Zoom LeBron IIs are really cool.
