In the early '90s, the Converse CONS Accelerator was one of the more prevalent shoes on the NCAA scene. Worn by schools including the University of North Carolina (word to Eric Montross), the Accelerator was a no-nonsense shoe with minimal branding, maximum support, and cushioning provided via Converse's "Energy Wave" tech. This "Chicago Bulls" pair is definitely showing its age, but as common as they were then, the Accelerator is a tough get now, especially in never-worn condition.
