The latest shoe to bear the "Kay Yow" moniker and a vibrant pink scheme in the fight against breast cancer is the Nike LeBron 9. The bright color of the shoe is softened with cool grey accents and a translucent grey outsole. LeBron's signature is replaced by the "breast cancer awareness" patch on the tongue. This is James' personal pair, but should there be any plans for a wider release, we'll let you know.
