Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose is hoping to make a successful comeback from a season-ending injury he suffered in last season’s playoffs. It looks like D-Rose will get some help from adidas in the form of the Rose 3.0 basketball sneaker.
There hasn’t been much information release about the shoe yet, however we do know it will be an upgrade from the previous Rose 2.0 and 2.5 models. The latest basketball from adidas will feature a large image of a rose on the tongue, along with diamond-shaped ventilation windows for improved breathability. Similar to what Nike has done with its Nike+ technology, adidas has incorporated the Rose 3.0 with the miCoach sensor to help track the player’s performance on the court.
The sneakers are expected to drop sometime in October. Stay tuned for an official release.
