The original Air Jordan VI was a work of art. Tinker Hatfield's original design has become diluted due to frequent retros and subtle changes, but the OGs from 1991 are still spectacular. Doubtful? Check out this size 9.5 "Black/Black-Infrared" pair on eBay, which is deadstock and complete down to the lacelocks and catalog. Observe not only the "Nike Air" on the heel, but the subtle flash of reflective 3M behind the perforations on the nubuck upper. Curious what they'll sell for? ($800-plus at the time of this writing.) Check back Saturday morning when the auction ends. Until then, just enjoy the photos.
