NBA All-Star Weekend is almost like Fashion Week for sneakerheads. The area in and around the host stadium becomes one giant runway, as ballers and crew members strut their collections of limited editions, one-and-dones, and retro classics. But make no mistake, the NBA All-Star Game is no Pro-Bowl; the players who took the court in Orlando this past weekend were looking to go off, and footwear performance was key. For superstars Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, and Dwayne Wade, this meant bringing out the signature Js in premium All-Star colorways. Melo hit the floor in the Jordan M8, Chris Paul rocked the Jordan CP3.V, and D. Wade went for the Fly Wade 2, each in fresh looks that were part of a special Jordan All-Star pack released just in time for the game.

Keeping it fairly simple, the M8 and Fly Wade 2 have blue highlights, while the CP3.V is predominantly red, sticking with the solid color looks of this year’s East and West uniforms. As far as these titans’ respective play in the contest (which was won by the Western Conference squad), D. Wade led the trio with 24 pts, while Melo chipped in 19, and Paul scored just 8—but he had 12 assists to lead all players. Not a bad showing for three icons, and the same goes for the iconic brand on their feet.
