It's that time of year again where we get the biggest sneaker heavyweights around one table to discuss the best sneakers of 2011. The roundtable is assembled of ATF front man DJ Clark Kent, Nice Kicks' founder Matt Halfhill, Complex sneaker editor Russ Bengtson and Complex strategist and editor Joe La Puma, and Kith's very own Ronnie Fieg. As mentioned previously, we'll be dropping two videos daily this week, all leading up to the #1 Sneaker of 2011.
The #9 sneaker as voted on by the panel was the Nice Kicks x New Balance 1500. Founder of Nice Kicks, Matt Halfhill incorporated top-notch materials, and 3M into this classic silo, and produced a very clean colorway. Press play on the video above to see what the panel had to say about this sneaker, and who was for and against it making the list.
