Larry Luk from We Are the Process in Atlanta invaded 21 Mercer to construct his "Love and War" Bespoke project. Luk's inspiration was to play off opposites Love — soft materials and War — hard, more durable materials which is evident throughout the Bespoke. Black waterproof denim was added on the toe cap along with red stitching. Black rubberized leather hits the toe box and to finish off this drop, patent leather was placed on the Swoosh but covered with waterproof denim making this creation less flashy. To truly bring out the War aspect, bulletproof Kevlar was added behind the laces.
