To follow up the release of the Berlin Store 10th Anniversary ZX 9000 a few months back, adidas Originals drops another bomb with the Tokyo 10th Anniversary Superstar 80s. Made specially to commemorate 10 years since the opening of the adidas Originals Tokyo store, the Superstar takes a more subdued approach inspired by the Japanese affinity for black, in a leather and textile mixed upper complete with embossing on the tongue and heel. Other details include checkered laces and a newly added woven heel tab positioned slightly off-center. The adidas Originals "Made In Tokyo" 10th Anniversary Superstar 80s is scheduled to drop in December along with a matching adidas hooded jacket — limited to only 150 pairs worldwide. [via EUKicks]
