Next year marks 20 years that Steve Caballero decided to cut off the neck of his first signature shoe (as street skaters had been doing) thus giving birth to the shoe we know as the Vans Half Cab. To honor this feat Vans will be releasing some of its early makeups of the Half Cab throughout 2012, including a super-limited version (20 pairs worldwide, releasing at Supreme only) of the original decapitated Caballero model handcut and signed by Cab himself, complete with duct-tape finishing. This is just a preview and we're excited — can't wait to see what else Vans has in store for us.
