The upper on the Free Trainer 2 is made of open-hole mesh to allow for serious ventilation and the flex grooves along the outsole mirrors barefoot training for a natural fit. The cousin of the Free Trainer 2 is the Trainer 1.3 Max, which also has mesh for breathability and added Flywire for solid support and fit. The full length Air Unit provides cushion and the outsole gives great traction for the more adventurous.
