Calling this year the "Year Of The Retro" should be an understatment, we've seen many companies release some classic favorites. Nike especially has left their vault wide open and because of that one of the old favorites the Nike Air Trainer Max 97 finally gets some shine. The Nike Air Trainer Max 97 is the cousin to the Nike Air Trainer Max 2 94, both feature similar construction with a beefy sole and mix of materials. Even though the Trainer is a 97, it features the Air Max 95 Air Unit styling along with that late '90s mix of synthetics and use of neons on a grey base.
