OK we know what you're thinking — it doesn't look like a Rod Laver but trust us it is. NEXUSVII took the classic adidas model and meticulously redesigned it erasing anything that closely looked like the Rod Laver in the process (which means it isn't really...oh, nevermind). With its black and white canvas upper and almost no branding minus some tongue embossing and on the insole you would almost think this was a NEXUSVII X Converse collab. Even the outsole has been swapped out for a translucent one, and it's all finished off with NEXUSVII emblazoned on the heel. These are available at all NEXUSVII retailers and adidas Originals in Japan.
