Originally debuting in May of 2009, the Nike SB Dunk Low "Patagonia" was dubbed as such because it borrowed colors from the famed mountain gear company's logo. This new version isn't just a re-working of the original, more of a "new and improved" version. Nike SB opted to switch to a mid, did away with the velcro strap and dipped it in a nice outdoorsy colorway -- a mix of green and brown with splash of brick red for that little bit of contrast. The materials are outdoorsy too, a mix of oiled leather, canvas, and rough suede. The same colorway will be seen on other Nike SB gear as well (like that backpack hiding in the back). As an added touch, they included metal eyelets to give that mountain boot feel. No release info is available as of yet.
