Nike decided to do something a little different with their All-Star
kicks this year instead of just the traditional East-blue and West-red.
(If this all sounds familiar, it's because we told you the same thing about the Zoom Kobe VI
yesterday.) For the big game in Los Angeles they added a little lenticular action to
the tongue—meaning depending on which way you hold it, you either see
the player's logo or the EAST logo (or WEST
, depending on the squad).
"Attack From All Angles" is the overriding theme. Seen here is the All-Star Air Max LeBron 8 V2, which also gets a translucent
blue outsole, a blue-black fade on the upper and a built-in "2011"
dubray. They hit retail on February 17th.
