New Balance has been turning out premium-level sheos from their UK-based Flimby Factory for some time now, and it's about time they recognized their own accomplishments. Flimby is located in the Lake District of Northern England, and this trio of 576s (and their packaging) honors the area from whence they came. Done up in suede, leather and a variety of fabrics, each 576 features round boot-style laces and Union Jacks embroidered on the heel tabs. Each pair will be packaged in a wooden box with an annotated map of the Lake District. Available Friday, February 11th at HANON and other select New Balance retailers.
